Interaction of Law and Economics
(Department of Financial Law and Economics)
The aim of the section is to enable the presentation of scientific results and the interdisciplinary discussion among representatives of the academic community, practitioners and doctoral students on the topic of law and economics and their didactics. Each of the participants who is confronted with both economics and law in the scientific or pedagogical practice, can find there new issues (questions and answers) relating to their interdependence. We believe that the law from an economic perspective and, on the contrary, the legal view of the role of the economics, will be beneficial for both sides.
