Impact of digitization on private law

The section will consist of three blocks with a key contribution and following panel discussion. Papers from other participants who will not be allowed to speak due to the time and space limitations are welcomed for the publication in the proceedings. The topics for publication may focus, for example, on the following topics:legal acts in electronic form, identifying the person in cyberspace, digitization and publicity, digital effects and corporate law, digital currencies, digitization and public registers, blockchain use in private law transactions, digital property, digital assets and intellectual property.
