The 11^th Annual International Conference Days of Law 2017 – Basic Information

Conference dates:

9^th to 10^th November 2017

The deadline for registration and abstract submission:

  22^nd October 2017

Registration is possible only in electronic form via registration system; the same applies to the completion and abstracts submission.

Deadline for contribution submissions:

14^th January 2018

This requirement applies in case if the output of section is reviewed proceedings in the form of e-book. For submission of paper for this output, please use the template.

Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Veveří 70, Brno

Publications and output from the conference:

• overview of abstracts and keywords, which will be published before the conference in electronic form on the conference website;
• format of the final output is peer-reviewed post-conference proceedings with ISBN in the form of e-book (PDF), accessible through Scientific Portal of Faculty of Law, Masaryk University (direct link https://www.law.muni.cz/content/cs/proceedings/).

Conference fee

• 70 EUR incl. VAT for registrations untill 8^th October 2017
• 99 EUR incl. VAT for registrations from 9^th October to 22^th October 2017;
• 32 EUR incl. VAT for master’s and bachelor‘s degree program students without contributions.

After registration and confirmation of your abbstract to the conference (see important dates), a payment notice will be sent to your email. According to instruction in the notice, you will get an invoice in electronic form issued by Masaryk University Shopping Center. In case your contribution is not published (e.g. due to failure to comply with deadlines or prescribed format, etc.) or non-participation at the conference, the conference fee is not refundable. The conference fee can be paid by credit card.

Information for conference participants from countries with visa duty

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application from the Faculty of Law, please provide the conference organizers via email dnyprava@law.muni.cz with following information:

• Name and surname
• Residence
• Sending institution
• Passport number
• Date of issuing and expiration date of your passport

The timely provision of complete information will speed up issuing of the invitation letter.
