Transgender Not Only in the Family Law

The section is focused on the issue of human´s identity in connection to genetic, mental and social gender and on the legal issues of transgenders´ civil status in the view of judicical practise of European Court on Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union. We welcome all the articles dealing with private (transgender as a child, parent, spouse, husband) and public law as well as with articles dealing with conception of personal´s identity in society in historical context.
