Karel Engliš - the Source of Inspiration for the Development of Law and Economics

Karel Engliš is a prominent personality of the Czechoslovakian first republic's science and politics. Karel Engliš's 55th death anniversary is also connected with 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Czech National Bank. This section is aimed both at presentation of the outcomes of the research in Engliš's works including the role these works still play today, and also on the development, the current situation and the trends concerning the interaction of law and economics, including the issues connected with economic analysis of law.
