Systemic issues of private law
(Department of Civil Law)
The section is aimed at the issues related to the status and position of private law in the Czech legal order, in EU law and the international systems of private law. It includes subtopics about changes in the traditional dichotomy of private and public law, including mutual intersections between the two basic sectors (the influence of fundamental rights on private law, etc.). The section includes also issues of the system of private law.
Selected papers related to the European private law will be published in the monograph. Other papers will be published in the conference proceedings (e-book).
