Criminal law section deals with legal and non legal questions of evidence proceeding. The articles are divided into three thematic parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical grounds and fundamental principles of evidence proceeding. The second one deals with evidence proceeding in particular stages of criminal proceedings and with rules of evidence. The last thematic part covers criminology and criminalistics aspects of evidence proceeding.
